TRYOUTS

Lighthouse Homeschool Basketball Tryouts for homeschool students ages 11-18 will be held on Saturday, 9/26/2009. Location of the tryouts is still to be determined. Check back to this website as the date approaches for updates.

Each player is required to bring a completed Registration form (notarized), $50 deposit and a copy of their birth certificate. The birth certificate is not required if it has already been provided in a previous year. The $50 will be returned if the student is not offered a spot on a team.

Below is the time of the tryouts for each age group:

MS Boys (Age 11 to 13)	8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
JV/Varsity Boys (Age 14 - 18)	9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
MS Girls (age 11 to 13)	10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
JV/Varsity Girls (Age 14 - 18)	11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

A player's age is determined by how old they are on Sept. 1, 2009.

Note: Athletes participating in Lighthouse Sports must be actively homeschooled in compliance with North Carolina homeschool law as administrated by the Department of Non-Public Education.
